Frequently Asked Questions
I’m not affiliated with any one surgeon. I work independently and am brought in directly by clients, supporting patients across a range of highly respected surgeons.
It depends on the procedure and level of support needed, but most clients retain me for four to five days. In many cases, I’m present for up to a full week to ensure a smooth recovery.
Yes, and it’s often a lovely dynamic. When appropriate, I find that having a trusted friend or family member recovering alongside you can add an extra layer of comfort and ease.
Wherever is most appropriate within the home — typically a guest room or nearby space. My focus, especially in the first 24 hours, is on staying attentive and available as needed.
I handle my own travel arrangements and personal needs, so everything remains simple and seamless for my clients.
My cancellation policy is aligned with most surgical practices. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to surgery. Full details are outlined clearly in the service agreement.

Yes, in most cases I do. I typically provide transportation from your procedure and to any follow-up appointments scheduled during our time together. Additional arrangements can be made if needed.
My approach is fully comprehensive rather than itemized. I ensure all clinical aspects of your recovery are managed — including medications, dressings, drains, and nutrition — while also supporting your day-to-day comfort. From there, I take care of whatever is needed so you can rest and recover without interruption.
