Evergreen Living Spaces was created with a clear purpose: to expand safe, stable, and supportive housing for individuals in transition. Our vision is to build a network of high-quality co-living homes, group homes, and sober living environments where people can reset, rebuild, and move toward long-term independence.

We believe housing is more than a bed — it’s a foundation. And for individuals coming out of treatment programs, incarceration, unstable housing, or crisis, that foundation matters even more. Whether it's our Co-Living Residences or

Structured Housing (Sober Homes); our living spaces offer structure, accountability, and a sense of belonging while giving residents the chance to focus on employment, sobriety, and personal development.

At Evergreen, we’re committed to working hand-in-hand with nonprofits, behavioral health programs, hospitals, re-entry organizations, social workers, probation departments, and community agencies who share our mission. We welcome partnerships that help place individuals in safe environments efficiently, and with dignity.
